Meet Our Doctors
Elizabeth Noel, DDS
Dr. Noel graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She completed a General Practice Residency at the VAMC in Portland, Oregon, where she received advanced training in emergency dentistry, hospital dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Noel has a passion for helping people and is dedicated to making dentistry easier for her patients. She is a certified Invisalign provider and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
Daniel Fitzgerald, DDS
Dr. Fitzgerald graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in physiology and neurobiology and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He completed a year-long residency program in general dentistry at Stony Brook University Hospital. Dr. Fitzgerald is a member of several professional organizations and has a passion for community service. He enjoys playing sports, hiking, and listening to live music.
Our Team
Rebekah - Practice Manager
Rebekah joined Dentistry By Design in 2021 and brings with her over ten years of experience as a dental assistant. She uses her clinical knowledge to bridge the gap between patient treatment and dental insurance to ensure our patients receive the best care possible. In her free time, Rebekah enjoys traveling, camping, and crafting. She is also a proud dog mom to her new puppy Stella.
Anissa - Registered Dental Hygienist
Anissa has been a part of our team since 2002 and obtained her degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisville. She has advanced training in laser implementation, Invisalign treatment, and CPR. Anissa loves spending time with her family, hiking, camping, kayaking, and going to the beach. She plans to continue her education by obtaining her local anesthesia certificate and becoming a registered community health hygienist.
Katherine - Registered Dental Assistant
Katherine joined our team in 2011 and obtained her degree in Dental Assisting from the Academy of Dental Assisting. She is certified in CPR and has completed continuing education courses in dental radiology and radiology. During her free time, Katherine enjoys hiking, music festivals, and trying out new restaurants.

Our office is located at 19 Barnard St., Andover, MA 01810, and is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm.
