Our Story
Dr. Jeffrey Kleinheinz, also known as Dr. K, is a veteran-owned practice owner who is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to his patients. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dr. Kleinheinz moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he established his practice. He is a devoted family man, married to his high school sweetheart, Patti, and a father to three sons. Dr. Kleinheinz is a cum laude graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry and a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a dental honor society.
