Our team is led by Dr. Karen Parvin, a highly skilled and experienced dentist who has received advanced education in general dentistry residency and has been awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Our dental hygienist, Christine Donohue, is dedicated to providing exceptional cleanings and patient care. Our team is passionate about ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care and attention.

Our office is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for our patients. We have heated dental massage chairs, TVs in our treatment rooms, and a kid-zone with video games, toys, and bean bag chairs. We also offer early morning and evening hours and finance options to fit your needs.
Meet Dr. Karen Parvin
Dr. Karen Parvin is the owner and lead dentist at Coastal Smile Design. She earned her doctorate of dental medicine from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and completed her advanced education in general dentistry residency in the Navy. She has been awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and has over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional dental care.
