Nichole "Nikki" Blackman, Director of Fayetteville Real Estate School and real estate classes, is a native North Carolinian. She has applied her leadership abilities and people skills, along with a Masters Degree in public administration, to cultivate a successful real estate career. Nikki is excited to welcome you to the training which can open the door to your Real Estate career! As of June 17, 2022, Nikki Blackman is a GSI (Gold Standard Instructor) and a member of REEA.

Edward "Buddy" Blackman transitioned to the Real Estate field from the computer Industry in 2004. Starting off with Coldwell Banker and later became a Previews International Broker he now has over 18 years of experience. He works with:

* Buyers, assisting them with the complicated important task of making their purchase.
* Sellers to prepare their home for selling, market to the world and guide them from walk thru , to offers, to closing.
* Investors, making them market ready, and know when to sell, when to hold 'em.
* Landlords to get the highest and best for their return on their assets.
Buddy has a diverse background of experience including: Single family Homes, Investment Property, Land or Horse Property along with an abundance of knowledge in using VA, USDA, Conventional, FHA 203K loans. I am Curtis Blake Jr, a US Navy Veteran and NC Realtor with a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of generational wealth building and realizing lifelong aspirations. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I hold certifications as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), which further enhance my ability to provide top-notch service to my clients.

With a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Sacramento State University, Lexi possesses a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and human behavior, which enhances their approach to student services and office management. At Fayetteville Real Estate School, she is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and supportive
