My father-in-law had a stroke and was in hospital. The hospital informed us he needed 24 hour care and was being released from the hospital. I contacted Ann at Preferred Care at Home and they came to the hospital the same day. They did assessment on my father-in-law and had care set up within 24 of me calling them. Anytime I needed to speak with the office staff they were absolutely professional and available.
I would like to thank everyone involved in his care and especially Ann for being so patient and compassionate with my father-in-law. Most compassionate and involved group of people that I have been able to get to know. They have become a extension to my family.
