Jacobi was our replacement technician. Our job was delayed. We were kept informed on status. They sent Jacobi so our service could be done in a timely manner. He was so professional, courteous, compassionate. My husband has mobility issues and he did several dry passes so the carpet was just damp. He didn't want my husband falling. We recently used Mountainview Chem-Dry to clean two couches and two chairs. The technician explained the processes and pricing and took a great deal of time meticulously cleaning each piece. All four pieces look very refreshed and nearly new again. I am very pleased with the results and our technician, who was very pleasant!

He was efficient, effective, respectful of our time as well as that of his company. He took the time to thoroughly explain options including what we could expect. His level of knowledge gave us a feeling of confidence.
He was polite, quickly learning names & listening independently to the concerns of all involved. He was able to offer us additional service after learning more about our objectives. Travis was clean, left the house clean & went to the trouble of moving furniture to the foyer to avoid any possible issues from the unexpected rain storm. Being a general contractor it can be a challenge to find the right subcontractor for your clients needs. Mountainview Chem-Dry was contracted to resurface the natural stone floor in the master bath of one of my clients. Dave and his team were very professional and courteous and took great care to inform and educate my client on the process that would take place.
They also took great care to protect the other areas of the home that were affected by the work that was being performed. While the stone was being resurfaced there were continual updates to the client and myself on the progress of the project. Once the job was complete the client and myself were very pleased with the outcome of the stone finish as it far surpassed our expectations.
I will continue to use and recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry for any of my tile resurfacing needs as they have proved themselves competent, professional, courteous and best of all reasonably priced! Thanks again Dave and Mountainview Chem-Dry!

I had to cancel my first appointment and David was super accommodating in rescheduling with me. Seth was on time and provided me with full detail of the work to be performed and an estimate before began.
