Crafstmen Home Improvements was a wonderful company to work with. The estimate we got was very thorough, and the cost came in very close to the original, given that we were expecting that the roof would need re-decking. Jim came up with a great suggestion for solving our chimney problem that saved us several thousand dollars. As for the actual work - great crew, arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, cleaned up very nicely and actually left our garage floor cleaner than when they started (thanks, guys!) They were also great at answering any questions we had. We would work with them again anytime (though our new roof is likely to outlast us!)

From beginning to end, CHI was a pleasure to work with. After a hail storm, we hired CHI to reroof our house, replace our gutters and gutter shields, and repair a storm window. Their crews did the jobs quickly and well, and cleaned up so thoroughly it was hard to believe they were here. The central office communicated quickly and clearly. Five stars all around!

Craftsmen Home Imrovements have done a number of projects on our home, such as window and door replacement, siding. gutters and roofing. They have done a great job on our projects. In the few situations where things were not quite right, they work to make corrections. Shout out to Rich for helping us recently with our downspouts.

Craftsman helped us with our modern farmhouse remodel (built in '78) by installing 10+ Marvin fiberglass windows & doors (2021) and installing James Hardie board/batten siding, black gutters, soffits, and fascia (2023). As you can see, the result is fantastic. Tom and Jim were the foremen for the window/door, Ray and Luis were the foremen for the siding, Matt for gutters, Erik and Jim for sales.

All three crews were respectful, hardworking, communicative, and meticulous with clean-up afterwards. Craftsman Home Improvement stands out from other competitors with their lifetime warranty (any others do this?), loyal in-house crew (not just subs.), communication (Joni, Carolyn), fair pricing (beat competitors), clean-up, and "everything-included" approach (hassle-free). Financing through their Synchrony promo was also a breeze.

We still have a few sunroom and basement windows we weren't able to get to, so we'll be back. My only wish is that Craftsman Home Improvements would do other exterior services like decks and garage remodels;) Thank you!

A great experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about insurance claims, which was helpful as we were submitting this through insurance. The communication about the schedule was great and the crew was great as well! The foreman checked in with us a few times to see if we had any questions and worked with me as I needed to insulate around a skylight when some of the roof decking was being replaced. I would recommend Craftsmen for your roofing job.

Working with Craftsman Home Improvement has been the best construction experience I have ever had. From the first estimate house visit to the completion of the roofing job, the staff listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was shocked and pleased that I could get on the schedule immediately because of upcoming road construction in my neighborhood, then again, pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in one day. The quality of workmanship and the organization of the crew in executing the work was excellent. And the clean-up was great. I would highly recommend Craftsman.

Craftsmen worked well with my insurance company and the workers did a great job on my Hardie board siding project. They helped me along the process and answered any questions or concerns. Craftsmen was very flexible with my preferred work dates and got the project done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any house project.

Great prices and great customer service! Craftsmen Home Improvements replaced the roof on our house, as well as on our shed. They also put on gutter covers. Jim and Ellie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded to any questions we had immediately. They were always extremely professional and operated with the highest levels of integrity. I recently used Craftsmen to replace all of the windows in my 1950's house. As a fairly new homeowner, I wasn't quite sure the direction to go. From the start of the process in working with Erik, I immediately felt comfortable. I was given all of the options and never felt pressured into making any decisions I didn't want to. When the crew came out to do the install they noticed that one of my window frames had extensive damage due to years of moisture.

They went above and beyond to fix that problem and install all of the other windows. Tom, Jim, and the rest of the crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and just down right good at what they do! They always had time to answer any questions I had during the install. I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone looking for home improvements needs!

Representative promptly visited the house in late February, immediately diagnosed why the roof was leaking and recommended replacing all the shingles. Started the job less than a week later, when weather permitted (i.e. snow had melted). The crew was very polite and considerate, answered all my questions, and very efficiently stripped off the old shingles and replaced with high quality replacement shingles that look a thousand times better.

Crew came back two additional times to finish the roof because the job was interrupted by weather and the need to rebuild the chimney. Each time I received courtesy calls from the coordinator telling me when the crew would arrive. The crew left the lawn spotless after each visit. This workers for this business are superbly skilled, very courteous and extremely conscientious. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend (and in fact have recommended) them with enthusiasm to friends and co-workers for any roofing job.

I was very pleased with the work that CHI did replacing my roof. Jim met in person for the estimate, and reviewed options and what needed to be done, suggesting enhancements like a new bath fan, additional venting, which were really needed on my older home. The work crew was wonderful the day they were here, answering questions, etc. and did a really great clean up job. Communication on the timing of the job was also well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
