As usual your people are the best We did not have our thermostat set up Charles took time to show us how to set up and how to work it excellent trai g made easy to understand. Holins was quick and got us up and going so quickly! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had our a/c running cool before the 100 degree day started. From start (the call out to them) to finish (having cold a/c), it took two hours. Thats insanely fast! EDIT: Joseph was AWESOME! I'm convinced Airview only has amazing technicicans!

This is my first time to use Airview AC. Charles came out and found out why our ac was not cooling. It was low on freon cause of a leaking hose. Charles took care of it and our house is nice and cold. Like I said this was our first time to use Airview AC and I will continue to use them for all my ac and heater work. Thanks Airview AC. For over a year they did contracted maintenance & they did a good job. But, when it came to an expensive part we needed for a fix, they were excellent & went the extra mile! Very nice people to work with. A real person answered the phone, and even on a very hot July weekend, they had a service tech out within 3 hours. It was an easy fix, I signed up for their twice yearly service, so I can avoid this in the future. William was very personable, and happily did a good job.
