We have used Chem-Dry of Knoxville a couple different time. The first time was to clean the grout in our kitchen. Today was to clean our furniture before we move into a new residence. They're fast, efficient and very friendly. The technician always has some helpful hints on how to keep things looking good after their visit!

ChemDry transformed our carpets! We have two puppies and they made it look brand new! Andrew came out and he and a colleague were finished probably in under an hour and a half and they were dry shortly after. I highly recommend well worth it! SO much easier than having soaking wet carpets from steam cleaning! Thank you guys! Great customer service!

I have now seen proof that Andrew can take the worst tile floors and shower and turn it back into something that is clean and pretty again! Amazing work! Andrew was very professional and patient. He explained the process of how the chemicals they use remove pet odors. It worked GREAT! Even within the first few hours you could tell a huge difference. Plus they dont have to use as much water as traditional carpet cleaning companies so the dry time was at least cut in half. Highly recommend them 100%

I was able to get an appointment promptly for whole house carpet and wood floor cleaning, which fit easily into my fall deep cleaning plan. Notifications were timely, including a text when the team was 20 minutes out. The team did a great job, especially cleaning up residual dog urine messes. The pricing was reasonable. Id work with them again.

It was a great experience working with Andrew and Daniel. My white carpets look like new after many years of being filthy. They were able to get out all of my stains. We had pets, kids, grandkids and many spills. Not a problem for this wonderful family owned business. High recommended and will be using them again. I will also share with all my friends.
