FolksIve had my carpets cleaned lots of times. Ive got kids, a dog and a few odd cats. South Shore Chem Dry is head and shoulders above any service Ive ever used. Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. Highly recommend! From scheduling the appointment to the actual work, I couldn't be happier. Kelly was very responsive to my inquiry for setting up an appointment and was very friendly. The day of the appointment, Dave and his son were prompt, extremely friendly and completed the cleaning very quickly. The results are outstanding! My couch and chair look amazing. South Shore Chem Dry was great! Our puppy had made a spot on our brand new rug, they came out and lifted the stain. When it dried, a dirt ring had formed around the spot so I called them back. David and Justin were so friendly and even got here early! My carpets look brand new but they didnt leave before explaining the dry time and the wear patterns of a carpet! South Shore chem dry came and cleaned a loveseat and chair along with the pillows. Dave was very professional and friendly. Used care on my hardwood floors and the furniture came out beautiful and smelled great. No heavy chemical odor and furniture was not soaking wet. I highly recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!

Dave did a very good job cleaning our large sectional couch. They couch was very dirty and looks brand new now. It smells fresh and clean. What for a difference! No bad chemical smell. The couch dried within one day. Scheduling the appointment was easy and Dave arrived on time and explained the whole cleaning process before he started. I was able to pay via credit card and received an email receipt. The price was very fair and reasonable. I can highly ecommend Chem-Dry and will soon be calling them again to clean our area rugs.

Dave was very friendly, informative and professional. He was able to come earlier than expected (which worked great for us) and communicated via call/text. Our wall-to-wall carpeting existed when we moved-in and it was looking dingy and didn't smell very fresh. Our dog also got ill on one of the rugs and we weren't able to clean it ourselves. Now, the rugs look brand new!
All the stains from before we moved-in, as well as our dog's accident, are gone. They smell fresh and they aren't soaking wet like I've experienced w/ other companies. I love that they use non-toxic products so I don't have to worry about my family breathing anything unhealthy. Thank you for a great service! Dave is also a dog lover so that always earns big points with us :-)

Dave and Karen are true professionals! I have used them for years and they go out of their way to schedule at my conveniece. Dave has come by many times when I've had a "pet" emergency and managed to have my carpet looking like new again.
