Josuha, arrived in a timely manner ready to get after it. Took measurements, calculated cost, presented proposal, offering additional Scott Guard, inquired about any known spots. Within 10 minutes had equipment in place to start his task. After completing job I was shocked at the cleaning that had taken place, areas of heavy traffic looked new! Josh was very attentive to my needs and fulfilled my expectations.

Highly recommend this process and Josuha at the helm, this is from a critic of most carpet cleaning processes, had low expectations thinking all process are the same, I was wrong! Is there a 5+ rating let your tip reflect it for this carpet tech go Josh

The guys were personable, professional, and efficient. I had a sectional, area rug, and kitchen tile cleaned. Everything looks great, and I felt the price was fair.

They were very courteous on the phone and when they came to my home. The price was reasonable. I had a large recliner and an area of my carpet that had urine on it cleaned. The odor is gone. Great experience.

I had my living room cleaned a couple months ago (toddler and puppy potty training!) and was impressed with their customer service and speedy scheduling. I just moved and dont realize that I had to have my carpets cleaned before leaving since they have to replace them anyway. Had green vegetable powder supplement that was spilled on the carpet and I believed that it could not be removed.
