We had our new home rekeyed with Jumpstarts and Lockouts. Availability was fast and flexible. The service itself only took about a half hour. William is friendly and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to call with any questions about services or availability. William came out to rescue me at a USPS when my battery died he answered the phone on the first ring and then told me hed be there in 30-40 minutes and arrived even earlier than promised. I spoke with William over the phone to schedule an appointment. He came out to help me with my late father's Ford Transit. It was a complex issue, so he only charged me for one hour of work, even though he spent three hours on the first day. He returned two days later and was able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

We called this locksmith the morning of our appointment with another locksmith who cancelled on us due to being "too far" - William answered the phone and even though he was an hour away, he immediately came and opened the lock on our cabin. He was very friendly and helped put a new lock with new keys on our cabin. Definitely recommend him and this company!

Was a Sunday evening and 4 other locksmiths were either closed or couldnt find a nearby technician. I got ahold of this place and they sent William out all the way to the Shelton safeway and within a very reasonable time I was back in my car which I had foolishly locked myself out of. It was an incredibly easy transition in which he got my car open and I was on my way. Definitely worth the money! Thank you guys again!

Excellent Customer Service and Response time, these professionals know what they are doing. I was locked out of my car and other non-local companies tried to charge me over the phone and rip me off. Jumpstart and Lockouts Lacey have very reasonable prices and will help you out of a jam. They even picked me up on my walk to my lockedout car. I would not hesitate to call them again if I was ever locked out or had any other car related trouble short of a tow.

I am extremely happy with the service I got tonight after figuring out that my keys were not in my bag where they normally are when I went to grab my door handle to my vehicle. This was my first call and he was fast in response time and was very professional and got me in the car quick, probably quicker than the time it took for me to find where I set down the car keys inside of my vehicle so I could get the alarm turned off

Tried several others saying they are local, no service in your area. Called here and got a person better yet actually local. Said be out in 30 minutes was here in less than 15. Had my car unlocked so fast I was amazed. Awesome company, I highly recommend if you need their services. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do they will be the first call next time.
