Excellent service. James was on time, and called to say he was on the way. He went over everything with us before beginning so we all had a common understanding of what was required. He was very neat doing the cleaning, and all was left in great condition. We would use your services again, and recommend you to anyone else looking for this type of service.

I'm extremely impressed with Calgary Chem-Dry. After a mistake made by one of their technicians, the owner reached out to me and came personally to do the cleaning job. He was professional, courteous and did a terrific job. Everybody makes mistakes, but it's what a company does after to make it right that shows how exceptional they are. Well done, Mike!

Quick and efficient is how I describe this company. The tech was very knowledgeable about leather and very respectful and kind. Same with tools that were non destructive to the house and furniture. He explained how to maintain my leather couches and how to keep them reconditioned for the future. I 1000% recommend this company for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Had sofa and loveseat and an area rug cleaned and everything came out clean. The only complaint I had was the fella wore his shoes in the house so consequently all floors were dirty which gave us extra work. We had to wash all floors. Other workers we have had.in the house either take their shoes off at the door or.wear plastic covers over their shoes.

Chem-dry provided a well priced service and the more I booked, the bigger the discount. They phoned with a reminder the day before and en route. Did a quick quote which was similar to others companies then Stephen got to work. Stairs, all carpeted areas (some with difficult stains), and a chair and couch. He did an excellent job even removing long time stains that other companies have been unsuccessful at. Highly recommend them.

Stephen is a social person and gave me excellent service. I left him in my house to clean while I stepped out for an hour to do other things. Then the delivery guy came, and Steve put my boxes that were delivered inside, and when I came back, things were in order and clean. Thank you for the excellent service. Donald

My carpets had not been cleaned in about four years. We had pet stains, a vomit stain and high traffic stains in our lite beige carpets and they were able to get them all out. Initially they used a blue light for locating stains and were able to find stains I was unaware of and did an excellent job of removing them. Using a disinfectant in their cleaning process to kill bacteria leaves the carpets clean and smelling fresh. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but was left unsatisfied with the job they did. I would defiantly recommend Chem-Dry. Job well done.

I had phoned in last minute as the previous company cancelled. The customer service rep over the phone was amazing and responsive in a timely manner. Hugo, is very punctual, professional and very detailed in his work. He was polite before arriving, kept myself in the loop of what he needed and what would be the end result. Excellent service from beginning to end. Chem-Dry and BJ far surpassed my expectations after previous failed attempts by other carpet cleaning companies. It was a difficult job and our carpet had significant damage. They pulled off the impossible and I would HIGHLY recommend this company as they are the best of the best. The entire process was stress free from beginning (wonderful admin staff on phones) to end (finished product).

I have found my go to company and I now plan to have them back in two weeks to clean the rest of the carpets in our house. Chem-Dry is amazing and they are lucky to have wonderful and knowledgeable employees like BJ who go above and beyond for customers and the company they are representing. Tech was nice and great.and worked within the amount of money we left with my Mom at our home as my Husband and I were both working. Although I do have to say, we had our area rug done as well due to our Dog peeing on it and it had a musky odour. It smelled great for several weeks after the cleaning, but has started smelling musky again, and our dog has not peed on it again since before the cleaning.
