AJ Chem-Dry

I've used AJ Chem Dry many times over the last 6 yrs. Asa, the owner, always responds promptly, is flexible with scheduling, and provides a 2-hour window when the technician will arrive. The technician arrives on time, is professional, provides an estimate shortly after I explain the areas I'd like cleaned, and does a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Todays service with Jeremy was no different. Prompt, efficient, courteous.

This young man was thorough, efficient, and professional_ and did a fantastic job I was delayed out of town and missed the window for my appt, but he and his company worked around my schedule. We were so impressed with the job AJ just did. We had our entire house cleaned and our older carpets look phenomenal. Time was spent getting out carpet stains from three kids. The service is always friendly and he was extremely hard working!

We are very pleased with the professionalism of Brandon, our technician as well as the end results. Our chair cleaned up like new (no more yucky arm rests), our area rugs and carpeting look just as good. (Including some puppy pee stains that I really had few expectations of disappearing. Theyre gone!) I also like that everything dried thoroughly within about 3 hours so I could return things back.

Mo and his crew delivered! We were desperate to remove the urine spots from our aging dog. Our home now smells fresh. Additionally, makeup residue left under daughters vanity was removed. They are timely, professional and I will be using their services again.

This company not only does a fantastic job cleaning carpets but the owner Asa and his associate Brandon treat their customers with kindness and compassion. We have been dealing with a terminally ill family member who lived with us until we had to take him to hospice. Without going into details we desperately needed the carpets cleaned and sanitized.

The owner made sure the job got done the day I called and quoted me a very fair price. He then sent a young man named Brandon who compassionately listen to our story and offered sincere words of encouragement before proceeding to do an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing our carpet.
