My carpet is 12 years old. I have 2 pets and my female is stubborn to say the least. My carpet is sparkling. I cant believe it for the age of the carpet I have went to west side Chem Dry from the beginning. Try a cheap outfit once about 5 yrs ago. Never again. Worth every penny and they are reasonable. Happy Customer 12 years. First review! Same thing a new yr. 13 yrs now! Carpet still sparkles 2022- these guys are awesome same story a new year! 2024- The best if you want your carpet to last chem dry it the way to go and specifically chem dry west very professional thank you!

I was impressed with this service. Easy to make an appointment, the technician called ahead of arrival for an ETAwas on time, professional, courteous and didnt try to oversell add-ons. Our living room/dining room carpet had some pretty old stains so I wasnt sure if they would come out, or if they would wick up later. They DID come out and have not come back! I will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

I will only use AV Chemdry on all my properties. They are punctual and do a fantastic job getting spot out. My whole house smells great after a cleaning. Have my carpets clean and sanitized. My carpets take a real beating during the year from running a business and entertaining. Would not use any other company

Chem Dry guys showed up when they said they would and were friendly and easy to deal with. I had a 30+ year old oriental rug that had some damage. It looks marvelous now, better than I expected. They also to out a nasty spot on my living room carpet. I was very pleased and would use them again.
