Pedro and Martin were great! They arrived on time, were very professional and did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet which was long overdue for that service. Scheduling was easy and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Lived in Rochester for many years before moving to Florida, and this place was the best cleaner and the best service I ever experienced. The guy would personally deliver their famous spray carpet cleaner to my house. Just purchased a part-time condo back in Rochester and have booked them for grout cleaning. Wish they were in FL for my primary residence. Unparalleled experience.

Very satisfied that they were not in a hurry to finish & leave, because the carpet in this rental had not been cleaned before I moved in, & it was super-filthy. Now, I know it is as clean as it can get. // The 2 men were a friendly team with each other, & nice to have them. // The person over the phone who initially made this appointment did a horrible job of writing down my phone number and both my first name and last name, all was incorrect, , though I had slowly spoken it all. These 2 workers could not get in touch with me by phone, because it was wrongly written. I'm glad I heard them knocking on the building's front door.

Of all the carpet cleaning I have had done this was the best by far. The carpet looks beautiful and smells great Last cleaner's I had said they deodorize by ther was a definite oder still there. I have a dog so there was a dog smell The two workers were polite and knowledgeable great job I am very pleased.

They do a good job, there technicians are friendly and they will thoroughly talk you through the steps they do to clean your there, the purt product is amazing and I think I won't have anybody else clean my carpets but them

As we have come to expect another excellent experience. We have used Hauser Chem dry for 20 years for our carpet cleaning. We have carpet that is 20+ years old that looks as good as the day it was installed. That is something given we have 6 kids and a dog. I see no need to ever look elsewhere. Hauser Chem Dry makes it so easy.

Hauser Chem-Dry does an excellent job every single time. Great customer service, great carpet cleaning! I love that it is safe for my children and pets. I love that they are willing to come out and spot clean or do an all over cleaning. Wax on your carpetnot a problem! Nail polish they get it out. My number one andninly suggestion for carpet cleaning!

Hauser's cleaning process does a great job at removing kid-generated stains from carpeting. High-traffic rooms are rejuvenated with a yearly clean-up. The pricing is reasonable, but they also put out 10% off coupons in the Clear Pack mailer as well as 12% off coupons in direct mail to prior customers.

They do a great job. great customer service. We have had them clean our carpets twice now, and both times had excellent service! Highly recommended!

They responded quickly to a request for service at a rental property. The stairs were dirty and needed a good cleaning. The carpet and stairs looked great when they were done.

Needed to have the upstairs and downstairs done because of use and pet odors with some stains that were under furniture. The pet odors were eliminated and the stains were gone at first. When a couple returned they happily came and did another treatment on the stains. This is a great company who stands by their work, I highly recommend them.
