Kyle Hazen did a wonderful job. He explained everything he did, provided helpful product recommendations, and completed the job efficiently. He gave tips on keeping the drains flowing and even cleaned the gunk from our faucet sprayer for better water pressure. I didnt even know you had to do that. It was a smooth, easy experience.

Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.
