I hired Rocky McElhaney Law Firm when my 16 year old son died in an accident with a tractor trailer truck. Rocky and his office was great. Kept me fully informed of everything the whole time. I originally had Bart Durham, but Rocky and his staff took us and treated us like family. He worked hard and won my casee when the other firm wouldn't fight. I was in rear-ended by someone on their phone while I was on vacation in Tennessee. The whole thing was just awful. I was out of my state and totally out of my element dealing with hospitals and doctors and the bills, my God- the bills! I was pretty apprehensive about handing over control to a someone to handle my case especially when I theyre hundreds of miles away, so I waited a while (probably longer than I should) to start calling attorneys.

At first, I thought I might be able to handle it myself and settle out on my own with the adjuster but she wasnt throwing out any reasonable numbers. Their initial offers didnt even cover all of my bills from the accident. To make it worse, I wasnt even done seeing the doctor then! It made me so mad! They were talking to me like the accident was my fault!

I was nervous to let someone else take the reigns but I knew I couldnt do it on my own. Finally, I called Rocky. His team was great from day one. I ended up dealing primarily with Justin and Patrick. I was worried that Id have to check in with them a bunch but they kept me updated but that was not the case. I got to know my lawyers and paralegals. Gina and Daniel were wonderful.

They prepared my case for the attorneys with more care then I would have for myself. It surprised me how well they documented all of my bills and injuries. Without giving away too much, Ill just say they handled my case with kid gloves and I came away with more than I expected. My advice is dont try to handle it on your own. Call Rockys firm: sooner than later. They know what theyre doing. Its okay to give up a little control sometimes, lol.

My back was injured when I was hit head on by a truck on the wrong side of the road. I called Rocky McElhaney the next day. Rocky called me to talk about the wreck and my injuries and asked what could be done for me that day. They immediately sent James Klein to my house to talk about the wreck. Over the next few months, James and the rest of the staff at the firm worked very hard for me in dealing with the other party's insurance company.

I was always kept up to date with every minute detail, but only when I asked! Overall I could not have asked for a better experience working with this firm. Five stars hands down. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to handle everything for you. You will NOT be disappointed with the results.

Rocky McElhaney is a great lawyer and if you need one who is gifted and has compassion for you and your family than he is the one. When Rocky took my case I had been waiting for a number of years for a back injury that I had on my job. I didn't think I'd be able to get a settlement because my employer wouldn't cooperate with me. But Rocky stepped in and took care of the matter for me and my family because he knows how to get real results and seems to know exactly what each of his clients are going through with their injuries.
