Metrix Engineers is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design and consulting firm situated in the heart of Renton, WA. With a diverse portfolio spanning from designing systems for new schools to retrofits of existing buildings and office TIs, high-tech data centers, and specialty retail spaces, our work is not only functional but also focused on enhancing human relationships through providing comfortable spaces in which to work and learn. *Josh Robischon, PE, HBDP, LEED AP - Principal, Mechanical*

Josh Robischon is known for his no-nonsense approach and commitment to delivering successful project outcomes. As the sustainability lead for the office, Josh specializes in energy modeling, cost analysis, building benchmarks/certifications, and utility incentive programs. He tackles each project as a new opportunity, exercising his expertise while aligning with the client's vision to provide system designs that not only meet but exceed expectations, on time and on budget. Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2001 and holds several prestigious certifications: a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington, an ASHRAE High Performance Building Design Professional, and a LEED accredited design professional. *Brady Bell, PE, LEED AP - Principal, Mechanical*

Brady Bell has earned a reputation for technical excellence and is highly skilled in providing creative solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. His expertise in code analysis, design standards, and adoption of new technologies ensures clients receive systems analysis and designs that prioritize their expectations and result in successful project completion. Brady graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2001 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington and a LEED accredited design professional. *Scott Miller, PE, CPD, LEED AP - Principal, Mechanical*

Scott Miller is the glue that binds the corporate culture at Metrix Engineers. Known for his passionate and personable consulting services, Scott delivers cost-effective and energy-efficient design solutions that cater to clients' needs. His extensive knowledge of the construction industry and successful navigation through planning, permitting, and execution across the country provide exceptional value for his projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University (1996) and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 31 States, a LEED accredited design professional, and ASPE Certified in Plumbing Design. Eric Nordlund's straightforward style and proactive coordination are central to his mechanical system designs. His extensive knowledge of codes and design standards supports the success of projects from schematic design through construction administration. Additionally, Eric has experience in building model simulations and life cycle cost analysis. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2007 and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington and a LEED-accredited professional. Melinda Herrin's responsiveness, organizational skills, and attention to detail have earned her the respect of architects and owners alike. Her proficiency in system 3D modeling software allows her to support clients in the integrated design process, ensuring projects are well-coordinated and completed on time. Melinda graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2005, is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Washington, and a LEED-accredited professional. Melinda is also active in the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) and serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Women's Foundation.
