The entire team was extremely professional and kept the work site clean at all times. They gave me an update daily as to where they were in the process and what their plan was for the next day. They even gave me a heads up as to what time they would be arriving and immediately let me know if there were going to be late. My biggest complaint with companies these days is that their follow up and customer service is terrible.
This is the only company that I have worked with in TN that always puts the customer first. I highly recommend them. BTW the quality of their work is a s good as their customer service and their workers are polite. Great organization!

I had a hard time getting any handyman company to answer the phone or call me back. This company answered immediately and got me an appointment quickly. Weve had an inside window leak and cant seem to get anyone to pinpoint the issue or even attempt to fix it. The two young men that came out did an impressive job. They were very thorough and took pictures and wrote up a summary of what they found and pointers on what to do next.
Some of our problem was beyond what they are able to do but the detailed info about who to call if it happens again was invaluable. They worked hard in a short amount of time to fix the other issues we had. I will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them.

It was such a pleasure working with them! We had a bunch of little items (installing lights, outlets and a whole lot more) and they came in, did everything the way we wanted to (constantly checking in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied) and got our projects done. And then they cleaned up! To the point where my wife only had to do a teeny, tiny bit! Will use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Mid TN Handyman!
