Absolutely excellent experience. We are new to Charlottesville and also first-time home owners, so we were a bit nervous when we needed to find a plumber. However, Levi and everyone at Streamline completely put us at ease. Their work was highest quality, they explained everything as they went along, and their pricing was totally transparent and fair. Their online platform is also very user friendly.

I cant speak highly enough of Streamline Plumbing! When our water line burst, they truly saved the day. Levi arrived early to assess the situation, explained everything clearly, andamazinglymanaged to arrange all the necessary labor and equipment to fix the issue on the same day. Levi and his team worked through heavy rain to get the job done. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed with their work that I scheduled them for another plumbing project right away. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Started having a hot water heater issue. Learned about this company from a local forum. Scheduled a visit on their website, they showed up at date and time. Since the hot water heater was 15 years old, they recommended just replacing which I was already prepared to consider. Simultaneously, I had a clogged set of drains which was not part of the original appointment.
They gladly took a look at the problem I had and offered a solution. Recommended reseating a toilet with new wax ring to stop leakage. They also identified rotting rubber components in the toilets which would have been an issue down the line. Offered to rebuilt toilet tanks which were also close to 10 years old. Chlorine will make the rubber gummy and disintegrate which will cause leaks and waste water and jack up the water bill.
All in all, the appointment was efficient and I am glad there was a plumbing option locally that takes preventative home maintenance serious. Dealing with a flooded basement is just annoying. Money well spent.

This is an awesome company and with awesome young men. This is the second time I have had their service. Both times (November 2022 & August 2023), they are gentle and professional. They detected the problem efficiently and did not even charge me due to the leaking issue already having been resolved by myself before they came. From start to finish, Streamline Plumbing was excellent! Their website and scheduling system was simple and allowed me to easily schedule a technician during a time that was convenient for me. Thomas came out at the scheduled time and called me when he was on his way. After talking with him about the problem I was having with my water heater, he offered a few different solutions and it was clear he is an expert at water heater repairs.
I was having issues with sulfur-smelling water coming from my well and Thomas ended up replacing my water heater anode rod with a brand new Corro-Protec Powered Anode Rod. Thomas completed the job in a timely manner and even cleaned up (vacuumed) the area where he worked. I would highly recommend Streamline Plumbing!

Best experience with home repair company ever. We called them for a second opinion after a plumber told us we needed to replace ALL our plumbing lines. Streamline came out and did a thorough inspection. Turns out our plumbing lines had already been replaced and there were no pending issues. With the money they saved us, we hired them on the spot to do some upgrades.
We got an under sink RO water filtration system and replaced fixtures for our oversize tub. So easy to communicate with, so thorough and knowledgeable, and full of integrity. Nice to see that in a young company. Very efficient and clear.

Thomas and Levi were exceptional. They were communicative about arrival time (even arrived early!). We love the email and text notifications! We had a few small jobs throughout the house which they completed in a very timely manner, giving suggestions while they worked to help prevent future issues. They were clear and upfront about pricing and offered a simple streamlined way to pay. So appreciative of their services and we will definitely call on them again. Highly recommend these guys!
