I was doing a home loan with Wells Fargo, and the loan closing was pushed back two times. The loan under writing had me and my wife at the conditional approved for over two months, and the last day before our last closing with Wells Fargo; Wells Fargo agents called to say we are not going to get the final approval to close. Me and my wife were heartbroken. We were upset that we did all that work and did not get the final approval. My Realtor spoke to the selling agent, and they recommended Loans by Linda to try and see if Linda Garcia could help us get a new pre approval letter and start a new loan with another Lender. I must say, I was not really interested in starting over so quickly; since our credit scores would take another hit from the inquiries. I did some google search and read many reviews from people that used Loans by Linda to get their home. And surprisingly I read so many positive comments and reviews it made me feel better but my situation was not easy to deal with. Linda got on the case and her team along with my realtor team at keyes, like a champion fighter keep punching away at the loan, under writers, loan officers and pull out a win for me and my wife. We closed on 07-31-24 at landmark title . Me and my wife are now first time home buyers because of the knowledgeable team at Loans by Linda. Both me and my wife thank you all for a tough job we presented to you and you guys handled it like cake. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Linda Garcia was highly competent, professional, and overall a pleasure to work with as we completed the purchase of our second home. She was able to beat the interest rates of all the competition, and her closing costs came in WAY below what she initially estimated. By comparison to our first experience with a major bank, working with Linda was both much faster and a smoother process. We truly appreciated her service and will definitely be returning to her again for our future real estate transactions!!

All I can say about Mortgages by Linda is Wow! Linda and her team helped my wife and I complete our Refi in 11 days from start to closing. I found Mortgages by Linda online, read the reviews and figured I would give it a go even though I have never used them before. They will now be helping me with every mortgage I ever get in the future!! All the great reviews they have stand true and I experienced it first hand. We had a hurdle with the appraiser and her team helped make sure everything was handled quickly and even joined us at the closing for support.

Linda did an amazing job! We went under contract on December,10th on a VA contract. It was important to the buyers to close as soon as possible. Linda told me that she could get the VA loan closed in 30 days (I was very doubtful). We closed yesterday, January, 9th and the mortgage process went very smoothly. Again, Linda and her team did an amazing job!

So I was recommended to this company, and I couldn't have been more thankful. Linda and Fawn treated me with such great service. From start to approval was 3 days, and I closed 8 days later. She was able to find me an exceptional rate, and I was able to save a couple hundred on my refinance.

Alicia was amazing to work with. She made sure she answered every question we had, updated us every step of the way even when we couldnt get in touch with the loan processor, she also made sure we closed on time even after they took over our file late and had limited time to get it closed. We received a very low interest rate and our payments are where we want them to be. The only negative which really wasnt their fault is the loan processor that they had to use Holly. I understand that they get busy but Im also a business owner with overload of clientele as well as manage 13 girls so I understand but she never responded to emails in a timely manner, never returned phone calls even after leaving a voicemail, and never replied txt messages. If I was yall I wouldnt use Holly again she made the experience extremely stressful. But luckily we had Alicia to ease our mind about our questions. Thank you again mortgages by Linda for getting us closed on our new home.

Linda saved us when we were at our lowest point when it came to getting a mortgage for our new home. She was extremely helpful and friendly and found us an amazing rate! Throughout the process her processor Toya kept me in the loop and updated. Both Linda and Toya would answer my emails and calls whenever I would panic or freak out. They definitely would put me at ease. And on closing day/s they were by my side every step of the way. It was great working with them and will recommend them to anyone in need of a mortgage.
