Jack the owner is great! He shows dignity and in his work and his companies reputation. With over 20 years of experience. He was able to determine my plumbing issue and rebuild parts instead of a complete overhaul. Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC scheduled my appointment for Monday 2/24/2025 between 8 - 10 am . Well he arrived at my house at 8am and he checked my water heater, then he told my daughter in law that the heater wires were all burned, he then advised her that he would have to buy a heater and he would install it for me. My total cost was $1204.00 for everything. He went pick up a heater came back and installed it. I was so happy cause now we have hot water. We were out of hot water since Friday 2/21/2025. I would refer Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad to anyone. Excellent service, friendly and job well done thank you very much.

We were in need of a plumber on the west side of the island so I sent out a few inquiries because I know many companies charge a lot to just come to this side or sometimes they don't service this side of the island at all. Hawaii drain cleaning squad was the first to respond and they serve the Waianae area. They set us up with an appt and their employee Lyle was sent out to help us and he was great from the start! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our main sewer clog issue and installed a clean out since we didn't have one. We will be needing a new water heater install soon and future projects done as well so we'll be calling them for help. Highly recommend 100/100

Honest work - Jack came over to inspect my leaking faucet and then proceeded to call around for the replacement part. Jack found it locally, but notified me that the price the local distributors were asking wasn't in line with expectations and recommended I ordered online instead as it would be much cheaper ($200 locally vs $55 online). Instead of performing a quick job, Jack had the customers best interest in mind. I will use Jack and his team going forward, thanks again!
