Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Dr. Kristine Lamana, DC, who earned her Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Lamana is committed to holistic healing, treating the root cause of issues with techniques like spinal adjustments and IASTM. She believes in creating a supportive community where you feel welcomed and encouraged throughout your wellness journey.

Crystal Hudson, PA-C, is also part of our team. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from AdventHealth University in 2018. Crystal has expertise in women's health, medical aesthetics, hormones, weight loss, and regenerative medicine. She prioritizes listening to patients and tailoring treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
