Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to offer our clients the finest architectural services available. We believe that a successful project comes from the collaboration with our clients and local builders during the design process, in order to create a one-of-a-kind solution that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Our principle, Linda Zwart, is a 1988 graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Architectural Studies and is currently licensed in New York State. With a home-based practice, we provide an efficient, personalized experience for your architectural needs.

Our Services

We specialize in a wide range of architectural services, including new residential construction, additions and remodels, commercial design, and code compliance issues. Our residential services include spec homes, custom designs, interior design, additions, alterations, garages, exterior living spaces, and total home restorations. Our commercial services include professional offices, warehouses, houses of worship, restaurants, retail/convenience stores, new construction, additions, and alterations. We are also experienced in resolving code compliance issues, having worked with most of the building departments in the local construction community.
