Our team is comprised of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals, including our CFO/Owner Donna Borges, Master Technician Steve Borges, General Manager Jason Crowley, Senior Service Advisor Abigail Rainford, Senior Estimator Frank Wallack, and a team of skilled technicians including Shawn Procurot, Steve Flanagan, Adam Berrini, Nam Phan, Eddie Dejesus, and Joey Smith. Together, we have over 35 years of experience in the auto body repair industry and are committed to providing the best service possible.

We are an insurance Direct Repair Facility, which means we will take you through the repair process from start to finish. We will write the initial estimate and upload it to the insurance carrier. Next, the parts will be preordered, then you will be contacted with a date and time to drop off the vehicle. Upon arriving at the body shop, a pre-arranged rental will be waiting. Repairs will begin, and we will contact you with updates as often or seldom as you would like. When the repairs are completed, you need only to drop the rental off at the shop and drive away with your professionally repaired vehicle.

Our Equipment

At Colonial Auto Body, we believe that proper equipment is essential for proper repair. We are equipped with two Global Finishing Systems Ultra XD Paint Booths, including a custom Ultra XD Paint Mixing Room. These paint booths provide a controlled environment for painting, ensuring that the paint job is of the highest quality and free of any imperfections.

Additionally, we utilize the Pro-Spot Welder for aluminum repair. The use of aluminum in the manufacturing of cars and trucks has created a new set of challenges within the auto body repair industry. Aluminum is strong, lightweight, but brittle, and requires specialized equipment and techniques for repair. Our team is trained and equipped to handle these challenges, ensuring that your vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.

We also employ the latest technology in estimating and management software, ensuring that the repair process is efficient and effective. This technology allows us to communicate with insurance companies, manage inventory, and keep track of the repair process, ensuring that your vehicle is back on the road as soon as possible.
