Our Story

Founded in 1988 by Richard (Dick) Pastore, RP Engineering has a rich history of providing exceptional engineering services to the region. Dick's extensive background in the field, including 14 years with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, has given him a unique perspective on how to apply engineering principles in the field. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, along with post-graduate studies in structural, environmental, geotechnical, and biological sciences from the University of Rhode Island, Dick has the expertise to tackle even the most complex projects.
