Licensed, bonded, and insured for both residential and commercial construction, our work can be seen in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, as well as across the Tampa Bay area. Our company is also recognized by the EPA as being a lead-certified contracting company.

Our Founders

Founded by brothers Jarrett and Spencer Kass, Landmarc's principal owners have over 50 years combined experience in the construction and real estate industries. Together, they share a lifelong passion for building residential and commercial properties the right way - with honesty and integrity, always completing projects on time and within budget.

Jarrett Kass - President/Owner

As a fourth-generation construction and real estate professional, Jarrett has spent the majority of his life learning, studying, and participating in construction and real estate transactions. Jarrett holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and a M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He is a licensed Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

Spencer Kass - Vice President of Operations/Owner

Also a fourth-generation construction and real estate professional, Spencer graduated from Lehigh University, with a B.S. in Business and Economics, and has a J.D. from Touro Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Washington D.C. Spencer's work experience with nationally-known real estate companies, such as the LeFrak Organization, has allowed him to become a savvy real estate attorney.
