At Mobility Agility Chiropractic Performance, we're dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal movement and performance. Our mission is to provide conservative, drug-free care to patients of all ages and abilities, from professional athletes to desk workers. Our team, led by Dr. Melissa MacDonald and Coach Andy MacDonald, combines chiropractic care, sports chiropractic, soft tissue therapy, and home exercises to help patients move better, faster, and stay better longer. We believe that everyone deserves to live a pain-free, active lifestyle, and we're committed to making that a reality.
Our Services
Our services include initial assessments and care, which typically last around 60 minutes. Each visit begins with a complete history, followed by a functional assessment, exam, and treatment. We also offer a variety of treatments and therapies designed to address specific needs, such as sports chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and home exercise programs. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance or someone seeking relief from chronic pain, we have the expertise and resources to help you achieve your goals.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Melissa MacDonald, our owner and Chief Medical Officer, is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University and has received specialized training in sports chiropractic. She has worked with professional athletes, including the Minnesota Vixen and River City Rhythms, and has international and national certifications as a chiropractic sport provider. Coach Andy MacDonald, our Director of Sport Performance, brings years of experience in training athletes and is certified in strength and conditioning, hockey training, and weightlifting. Together, they lead our team in providing comprehensive care and support.

We have two clinics located in Edina and St. Paul, Minnesota.
