Jeremy Cozad, co-owner and president of Cozad Insurance, entered into the insurance industry in 2005 following in the footsteps of his mother who has worked in the industry for over 30 years. His love for working with people and finding solutions to problems first peaked his interest at a young age. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and Letourneau University, Jeremy entered the industry he knew he was always destined for.

Claire Cozad, co-owner and married to Jeremy, focuses on the Cozad Insurance Group marketing, advertising, and community events. Claire graduated from TCU with a marketing and management degree, then later got her teaching certification from LeTourneau. She taught for 3 years, teaching 1st grade in Tyler ISD. Since then, she has helped in the family businesses. Claire works from home, enabling her to spend more time with their children.
