Our name, Feile, is derived from an Irish word that signifies hospitality and generosity, two principles that we uphold dearly. At Feile, we believe that happy hour should be a daily celebration. That's why we offer happy hour specials every day from 3 pm - 5 pm. Our half-pound burger special, $1 off select draft beers, $1 off glasses of house wine, and $1 off well drinks are just a few of the ways that we make happy hour at Feile an experience to remember. We also offer nightly specials throughout the week, including live Irish music on Wednesdays, trivia in the pub on Thursdays, karaoke on Fridays, and live music on Saturdays.

Feile is a family-oriented establishment, and we are committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We do not participate with DoorDash or Uber Eats, and we encourage our customers to call in their orders for pick-up. We do not take reservations online or through any third-party hosts. The only way to make a reservation is to call us directly at 207-251-4065 and speak with one of our staff members.

Joe's Story

Joe Ryan, the owner of Feile Irish Pub and Restaurant, was born in Murroe, Co. Limerick, Ireland. He has been in the pub business since he was a child and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Feile. Joe's family pub is still in Murroe, and he enjoys all aspects of the pub and restaurant business.

Joe had his own Irish Pub in Dromcoliogher, Co. Limerick, where his wife Tracy worked for him for 10 years and learned all the tricks of the trade. Joe hopes to continue the success of Feile and looks forward to meeting and getting to know all of the customers.

We take pride in having the largest selection of Irish Whiskey in the State of Maine.

Our Location

The historic old structure that houses Feile was once the Lindsey Tavern, which was established in 1799 and served as a popular gathering spot for locals and travelers alike.
