1. *Integrative Massage*: Our massage therapists utilize a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Thai Massage. These techniques can target specific areas for therapeutic results or promote overall wellness through a full-body approach, all while using light organic oil or lotion.

2. *Prenatal Massage*: Designed to improve prenatal health for many pregnant women, prenatal massage primarily uses Swedish massage techniques during side-lying sessions. This massage can help regulate hormones, reduce swelling, and alleviate nerve pain, supporting pregnant clients in their journey toward motherhood.

3. *Postpartum Massage*: New mothers can benefit from postpartum massage, which promotes healing, rest, and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. Our therapists gently support the body's transitions and can incorporate abdominal massage to realign organs, encourage digestion, and relieve pain and tension.

4. *CBD Massage*: We are delighted to offer healing CBD massage, using our custom-made Arnica and St. John's Wort infused oil. Combined with the therapeutic properties of Cannabinoids (CBD) from the cannabis plant, essential oils, and herbal heat packs, this massage alleviates pain, inflammation, anxiety, and tension, promoting deep relaxation and healing for clients.

Lauren Davidson is our highly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist at Urban Integrative Bodywork, currently seeing clients by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Lauren is an expert in maternity care, offering tailored therapies for clients in every stage of their parenthood journey.
