Our History
JC Services AC was founded in 1996 as an air conditioning service company, and in 2012, we expanded our services to become JC Services AC, a full-service mechanical and plumbing company. Our owners, Charlie and Jeannie Blanque, have built the company with sweat equity, bringing with them four decades of field experience in HVAC systems installation, diagnostics, commissioning, start-up, and retrofit. Boilers and chillers are a specialty, and our factory-trained technicians service mini-splits and DX units.

We offer a wide range of services, including heating and cooling preventative maintenance, repairs, and system replacements, plumbing repairs and renovations, kitchen renovations, tank and tankless water heater repairs and replacement, air quality solutions, dehumidification, and UV Light installation, generator installation, maintenance, and repair, natural gas testing, repairs, and installation, backflow testing, repairs, and installation, and sheet metal fabrication. We also install medical-grade UV lights for cleaner air, commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen hoods, and have our own sheet metal and welding fabrication shop.
