Our Services

Our construction engineering services include construction oversight, materials testing, contract administration, and cost estimates and reviews. Our materials testing services include soils, concrete, and aggregate testing, as well as QA/QC inspections and certified personnel. Our geotechnical services include site investigations, foundation studies, and geologic studies. We also provide services for dams, including design, seismic hazard analysis, and safety assessments.
Our transportation services include hydrology and hydraulic design, geometric design of roadways, materials investigations, and pavement design. Our water resources services include master plans and studies, culinary water wells, and sewage collection and treatment systems. We also provide municipal and civil design services, including budget development and long-range capital improvement programs. Additionally, we offer environmental services, including phase I and phase II assessments.
