Dr. O'Rourke is a Knoxville native who graduated from the University of Tennessee and received his Master of Science in Dentistry from St. Louis University. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the Tennessee Association of Orthodontists.
