He has also achieved Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Glenda Osborne, our Registered Dental Hygienist and Office Manager, has over three decades of experience in the dental profession. Kelly Billingsely, our Certified Dental Assistant, has nearly 20 years of dental assisting experience and has training in Restorative, Oral Surgery, and Endodontic procedures. Elannie Oxendine, our Registered Dental Hygienist, has exceptional skills in periodontal services. Rebecca Locklear, our Dental Assistant, has knowledge of the many dental services offered in our office.
