Inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition, we offer a variety of mindfulness meditation classes, workshops, and events designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Our Services
We provide a range of services including mindfulness meditation classes, singing and musical events, yoga, tai chi, Qigong, and other wellness courses. Our weekly group meditations are designed to serve all levels of meditation experience, from those just starting out to those looking to sustain their practice. Additionally, we host workshops and events that focus on mindfulness, wellness, and personal growth.
