Located in Elgin, and providing service to the greater northern Illinois area since 1999, Tracy Home Improvement specializes in custom projects that add value to your home. Lead by Tim Tracy, our team primarily specializes in decks, screen rooms, pergolas, and porches, but has experience in all areas of home improvement. Tim began work in the construction industry in 1976, with a primary focus on roofing. As time went on he gathered experience with fascia, siding, and gutters, and eventually morphed his business into focusing on window and door replacement. Now, Tim runs Tracy Home Improvement, a company primarily focused on outdoor value adds for your home. Tim's personalized nature and attention to detail, coupled with his eye for unique ideas and executions, leads to a personalized experience. As a preferred contractor for Timbertech, Tracy Home Improvement strives to provide the widest assortment of design and layout in decks, porches, and screen rooms, while maintaining the highest standard of quality and performance. Our product line features companies such as Trex, TimberTech, and Azek Composite and PVC Decking.
