Our Process

From Sketch to Reality

Our design process begins with a comprehensive review of your aspirations for your new home. We listen carefully to your needs, review site restrictions, and discuss your budget and the overall scope of the project. We then provide you with a Program Book, a collection of questions designed to help us get to know you and your family better.

Next, we review your site plan, spending time with you on your property to identify the views you want to capture and find the spot where you feel most comfortable. We also spend time alone on the site, studying the sun's path, topography, main approach, and prevailing summer and winter winds.

With this essential information, we begin the design process, presenting hand-rendered floor plans and exterior elevations so that you can start to see your home come to life. We engage in open and honest dialogue, addressing any comments, concerns, or questions you may have.

Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Led by Principal Architect Ron DiMauro, our team includes Senior Project Architects John Tumino and Tyler Zagryn, Project Architect Gene Ciccone, Architectural Drafter Nick Zartarian, and Office Manager Betsey Anderson, who provides administrative support. Gerry Kerr provides site administration and supervision.
