• Steve Johnson, Principal Architect: Steve has a tremendous amount of experience as a project architect and planner. He has received national recognition for his architectural work around the Seattle area in landmarked buildings as well as master planning.
• Jeff Oaklief, Principal Architect: Jeff has 40+ years of professional experience covering a wide architectural spectrum. He is skilled in the design, coordination, and management of complex projects.
• Blake Williams, Senior Architect: Blake has a 15+ years solid background as an architect with a passion for design that includes human-focused environments that are restorative and sustainable.
• Jennifer Harris, Architectural Designer: Jennifer is a DeafSpace consultant and has studied architectural design with an emphasis in interiors, space planning consulting, and BIM modeling.
• Elise Manning, HR, Accountant: Elise has been JOAP's accounts receivable, accounts payable, general business, and project manager for over 20 years.
• Jeff Anderson, Marketing Manager: Jeff is the administrator of all office-related organization, marketing, landmark assessment research, as well as IT and BIM management.
