Conducting business in the same location for over 20 years, our in-house team handles numerous construction projects including Architectural Design, Interior Designing Service, and Real Estate Service.

History

Michael Cho, GC and Founder of MISONG Construction, graduated from UCLA's School of Engineering in 1987 to start his career as a contractor. In 1989, the company began as a painting company in Downey, CA. Over the years, we expanded to include Roofing in 1991, General Manager Robert Garcia joined the company in 1993, and we moved to our current location in 1994. In 1999, the company was incorporated as Misong Corp., and in 2000, we expanded into Remodeling. Our services continued to grow with the establishment of Millet Property, LLC in 2003 and the expansion into Architectural design services in 2009. Finally, in 2014, we added Interior Design services to our offerings.

Construction Services

We manage all phases of construction, from the pre-design phase to completion. Our combined services of Design and Construction result in timely and cost-efficient projects. We offer a wide range of services including New Construction, Room Addition, Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, Rehabilitation, and Seismic Retrofit. Our specialties include ROOFING, PAINTING, FLOORING, WINDOW, STONE/TILE WORK, CARPENTRY, and more. Whether it's restoring functionality or modernizing a layout, we have the expertise to bring your vision to life.
