Piedmont Health Care Center offers a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents. These include:

• Long-Term Nursing Care: Our facility is licensed for 91 nursing home beds and certified for Medicare and Medicaid admissions, as well as private insurance coverage. Our long-term nursing care services are physician-driven and include an individualized assessment with well-trained clinicians and the resident to determine the appropriate level of care required.

• Rehabilitation: We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services aimed at helping our residents recover from various health conditions. Our rehabilitation programs are designed to promote independence, improve function, and enhance overall well-being.

• Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit: Our specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for residents living with memory impairments. Our staff is trained to address the unique needs of these residents, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

• Outpatient Therapy: Piedmont Outpatient Therapy offers a variety of services designed to help individuals recover from injuries or illnesses. Our skilled therapists work closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs and goals.

• Dugger Mountain Assisted Living: Dugger Mountain Assisted Living provides a supportive environment for individuals who require assistance with daily living activities but do not need the level of care provided in a nursing home. Our staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.

• Memory Care: Our Memory Care program is designed for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Our staff is trained to provide compassionate care and support, ensuring that each resident feels safe and secure in their environment.
