Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Jim Crawford, our President and Agent, is a second-generation agent who has been with the agency for over 50 years. Mike Goddard, our Vice President and Agent, has been with the agency for 30 years and is also Jim's step-son. Patricia Traylor, our Commercial Lines Manager and Agent, has over 40 years of insurance experience and has been with the agency for over 20 years. Kimberly Domino, our Personal Lines Manager and Agent, has been with the agency for over 30 years and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). James Santiago, our Personal and Commercial Agent, has been with the agency for over 5 years and is also a Notary Public. Emily Nicholson, our Accounting and Commercial Lines Agent, has been with the agency for 5 years.
