ALine Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design firm based in Alexandria, VA. Founded in 2009, our experience spans multifaceted architecture, interior design, art, and building science. We are known for our keen eye for detail, design excellence, creative solutions, artistic flair, and outstanding client service. We believe that architecture should provide delight for all senses. Our holistic approach integrates multi-sensory, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.

We leverage our experience in all phases and types of design projects, from alterations and renovations to new construction projects, to see the big picture. By collaborating with our teams, clients, engineers, plan reviewers, and contractors, we are able to take on a project from concept design through substantial completion. We are active supporters of our community and are proud of our various contributions, including assisting local businesses, schools, and non-profits, donating our time through pro-bono work, supporting local artists, and mentoring young architects.

Meet Our Team

At the helm of ALine Architecture is Anila Angjeli, AIA, LEED AP, our Principal and Founder. With over 25 years of experience, Anila has a Master's Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech and a 5-year professional degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. She is a Registered Architect in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, NCARB, and LEED AP certified. Klodian Toto is our Architectural Designer and Partner, with nearly 18 years of experience. He holds a 5-year professional degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania and is pursuing architect registration and NCARB certification.
