• Project Development & Environmental (PD&E) Studies: Our team is experienced in conducting comprehensive PD&E studies to evaluate the social, economic, and environmental effects of proposed transportation projects.

• Transportation Planning: We offer strategic intermodal systems (SIS) support, corridor studies, traffic impact studies, long-range transportation planning, multimodal transportation planning, freight mobility and logistics, parking studies, and congestion management services.

• Traffic Engineering: Our traffic engineering services include intersection control evaluation (ICE), traffic data collection, traffic studies, access management, microsimulation, highway capacity and level of service, signal timing, safety studies, signal warrants, roadway safety audits (RSAs), and transportation environmental project development and environment (PD&E) studies.

• Highway Design: We offer major interstate/controlled access design, resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation (RRR) design, roundabout design, long-range estimates (LRE), maintenance of traffic design (MOT), drainage design, stormwater management systems, pavement design, design variations and exceptions, typical section packages, utility coordination, review of plans and specifications, managed lanes, and context-sensitive solutions.
