Our services include individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and Christian counseling. We also specialize in anxiety, depression, and navigating life's challenges. Our therapeutic interventions include EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Adlerian therapy. We are proud to offer a Christian counseling approach for those seeking a biblically based approach.
Our team is led by Kyle M. Hood, LMFT, a certified EMDR therapist and approved EMDR consultant. Kyle has a deep understanding of the human experience and is committed to providing quality therapy and counseling services. He has worked with clients of all ages and is particularly skilled in helping individuals overcome negative self-talk stemming from past experiences.

Our office is located in Wayzata, St. Louis Park, MN, Plymouth, MN, Minnetonka, MN, and Golden Valley.
