Our Story
Once upon a time, the Memes family decided to live the American dream. Chef Nicolas, his wife Carine, and their two beautiful children are a family from Bordeaux, in the south of France. Because they are a team, Chez Cani is the contraction of their two names. They graduated from one of the most famous culinary schools and are now bringing a taste of France to Melbourne.

We offer a range of services to cater to your culinary needs. From our French market, where you can find French imports and specialties, to our catering services, we've got you covered. Enjoy a private chef experience with Chef Nicolas, or book a table for dinner and indulge in our exquisite French cuisine. We also offer cooking classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5-7 pm.
