Founded by Denys Merriman in Yucaipa, California in 1967, today the company is owned and operated by Tod and Lisa Merriman. Our residential services include patio covers, sunrooms, garden rooms, retrofit window replacement, complete kitchen remodels, swinging and sliding patio door installation, custom bathroom remodels, concrete installation, and insurance restoration for fire, water, and wind damage repair. Our manufactured services include aluminum awnings and carports, space-lenders and column extenders, Alumawood and DuraCool patio enclosures, steps and skirting, roofing, decks and railing, privacy panel, re-leveling, kitchen and bathroom remodels, earthquake bracing, subfloor repairs, and handicap compliant ramp installation. We also offer commercial services including insurance restoration for fire, water, and wind damage repair.
