Lowell W. Springer, NCARB

Lowell W. Springer has been the Owner/Principal Architect of Springer Group Architects for over 40 years. He has handled all aspects of every type of facility construction project, land development project, and construction projects from small remodels to large, multimillion-dollar, new high-tech construction projects. Lowell brings extensive experience as the Design Team Leader with complex governmental projects for leading corporations in the United States, including Hughes Aircraft, Northrop, General Dynamics, Rockwell, and others.

Gene A. Mickolio, AIA, LEED AP

Gene A. Mickolio is the Vice President/Principal Architect and is responsible for project management, detailed design development, construction documents, construction administration, and post-construction services. He has managed numerous projects, including new retail, commercial, hospitality, industrial, dental, and professional office buildings, hotels, motels, and multi-family housing projects across several states.
