Messiah Lutheran Church

At Messiah's Kids Preschool, we believe that every child is a gift from God and each one is uniquely created and loved by Him. It is our privilege to love and teach them, reflecting God's grace in all we do. We are a Christ-centered preschool, dedicated to providing a caring, happy, and secure learning environment for children from 18 months to kindergarten age.

Our Philosophy

We believe that every child matters to God and therefore matters to us. Every parent is our partner in their child's spiritual upbringing. We believe that children are gifts from a loving God, and that children grow and develop at unique and individual rates that are often unrelated to chronological age. We also believe that children's play is fundamental to their growth and development, and that children are active participants in their own learning. We understand that children learn from one another and that they flourish in an environment based on trust and love.

Our Services

At Messiah's Kids Preschool, we offer a variety of programs designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Our programs include:

• Kinder Bridge: A readiness program for kindergarten-age children, designed to help them grow spiritually, intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally.
• Transitional Kindergarten: A program tailored to meet the unique needs of 5-year-old children, using the Texas State Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and supplemental quality early childhood curriculum.
• Preschool: A 3-day or 4-day program for 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds, designed to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Twos Class: A 3-day or 4-day program for 2-year-olds, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• 18 Month Class: A 3-day program for 18-month-olds, designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Kinder Bridge 4 Day: A 4-day program for 5-year-old children, designed to help them transition into kindergarten.
